Reserving your stay directly with us is the most affordable option for us AND our guests. Without paying high third-party fees, we are able to invest more into the cabin, the property and the amenities we offer our guests. We have our own insurance on the rental, we have flexibility in terms of payment processing (let me know if you'd rather pay with Venmo or Apple Cash), and we pride ourselves on providing excellent customer service to all of our guests. Our reviews have consistently been 5-stars from our first property manager in 2021, to our second in 2023, to now with no outside property management company.

Due to massive increases in both fees and homeowner liability, we are currently NOT taking Airbnb reservations, Quinn Cabin, Kalkaska- Cozy, Gorgeous Lake Views! - Houses for Rent in Kalkaska, Michigan, United States - Airbnb.

We encourage you to reach out should you have any questions but hope you'll consider booking directly. Through multiple property managers and booking platforms, the most substantial constant at Quinn Cabin has been your (Super)host Lucas (that's me!) and my commitment to making sure our guests have a wonderful stay at Quinn Cabin. We believe guests should have staple items in the spice cabinet and coffee station, super comfy beds and linens, and a cozy and clean place to call home on vacation. We believe in clear, transparent communication and providing our guests with any recommendations they might need for making memories up north Michigan.

Please note, we have not had a single booking through Vrbo since parting with our last property manager in 2025 (which we have tried to resolve with VRBO several times to no avail), which means we have no public reviews there- but we do have previous reviews from VRBO here on our website.
